TAA networks and communicates actively and effectively, to represent the views of UK organisations and professionals involved in agriculture for development. We seek to contribute to and influence the development of national and international policies and programmes on agriculture for development, responding to requests for advice, setting up specialist working groups or panels of experts in specific themes.
TAA is an active member of the supporters group for the All Party Parliamentary Group on Agriculture and Food for Development, which seeks to influence UK government policy. Read more

TAA has ‘Organisational Membership’ of the Royal Society of Biology (RSB), providing access to a wide range of events and networking links. Read more. The post of TAA representative on the Advisory Board of the RSB’s UK Plant Sciences Federation, a special interest group, is vacant. Read more on the PlantSci website.
