|Currently an academic, lecturing at the University of Queensland (School of Agriculture, Faculty of Science) in Statistics and Advanced Biometry. I research into crop and agronomy studies and household surveys in Africa. I have online experience in training, and run workshops using R and RStudio.
Then two post doctoral Fellowships at the University of Queensland in drought traits - Water use efficiency. Senior Statistician in Queensland Treasury. Principle Adviser (Research and Evaluation), Queensland Government. Bio-statistical consultant for Queensland University of Technology and two Brisbane hospitals. Currently Teaching and Research academic at The University of Queensland in the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences. I teach courses in statistics and use R software. I have an online project supporting African and South Asian scientists in statistics.
In Botswana- Department of Agricultural Research and University of Botswana(UB). Agronomist in Botswana under the British Aid program- researching in water use of inter-crop sorghum/cowpea. Lecturer in soils, crops and statistics at UB.
Previous President of the Queensland Branch of Statistical Society of Australia (SSAI), and accredited statistician (A.Stat). I am accredited (Chartered Statistician) with Royal Statistical Society (UK).
Enjoy coordinating projects in innovative and visualization of statistical teaching, especially into Africa and Asia.
